Our critique group met this morning and we got right down to the business at hand!  This group is so supportive and helpful...and insightful!  A pleasant way to spend a Monday morning, surrounded by fellow artists who are willing to share their work and their opinions.  Missing from the photos is the man who was behind the camera, Bill Beuther.

We're the new kids on the blog!  Our Second Monday Morning Critiques group meets, well, the second Monday morning each month, from 9AM - Noon!  And, YOU are invited.  Just bring one or two pieces of art, finished or in progress, and the group will critique the work.  We all participate in critiquing each others work (if comfortable doing so, no pressure), and we think it has helped us to better assess the strengths and weaknesses of our own work as we are in the process of creating.  We hope you'll join us!

The group was in rare form today...maybe we had a touch of cabin fever.  Lots of energy in the room which  resulted in great art, camaraderie, and laughter.
