We were so fortunate to have a break in the weather just in time for our painting group.  Two days earlier, we were all snowed in...but, Mother Nature smiled upon us this day.  It was good to be able to get together to paint and inspire one another.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Your New Year's Resolution?  To paint with fellow painters at Brunswick Rec Center!

Start 2014 right.

 Join us on the first and third Wednesday morning each month (November through April) at Brunswick Recreation Center, as we continue to be inspired by painting together!

All you need is a desire to create art.

Please bring your own supplies and a cover for your work area.  For health reasons, we ask that you leave solvents at home.

Free and open to all Seniors and their guests

We're growing!





















As you can see, our group is growing by leaps and bounds.  In fact, our room is becoming quite cozy!  This is a great group of artists, everyone seems eager to explore new ways to create.  Linda Kenski brought encaustics and took the time to show others how to paint with them, sharing her supplies with anyone who was interested in learning.  Those who tried it really had fun.  I suspect more encaustic painting is in our future!
