As you can see, Bill has had way too much time on his hands lately! But, he's been having fun taking photos locally, since he is unable to travel due to COVID. He then uses various techniques to abstract the photos. The titles of the above images, in order, are: Amuse Bistro, Feeling Free, and Covid-19.
Mike generously offered to have everyone come to his yard last Wednesday. Although many were unable to join us, it was great to be together for a little while (albeit, at a distance) and take a look at what we've been up to in our studios. Betty was active with our group for many years, and she primarily created beautiful work in pastel. She works a lot en plein air and likes to experiment with new techniques. Betty recently decided to try her hand at water-soluble oils, and the lovely floral still life above is, I believe, her first attempt. Quite impressive!
