With summer here, those who come to the Center on
Wednesday mornings tend to change, from week
to week,  as folks go on vacation.  Even with
vacations, we continue to get a good turnout.

Wednesday mornings aren't the only painting opportunities we
have.  Some of us also enjoy plein air painting (a French word
meaning "open air").   This morning a number of us
discussed future painting locations & dates.  Those who are
interested in this type of painting experience can
view our calendar on the Plein Air Painters of the
Western Reserve Facebook page:

Here you see Lee and Dave offering their
"two cents" to the discussion.

Look what Carlotta did today.   What baby wouldn't be proud
to wear this "Cavs" cap?   Go Cavs!!

Marsha's painting,   Her reference photo is on the left.  How nice!

Marilyn practiced her sketching skills today.

Of course, all work and no play?....not us.  We enjoy
interacting with each other.

Karen continues her niece's portrait.  On a "difficulty
scale" of 1 to 10 (with 10 being the most difficult), I'd say this
project would be a 99 for me.  You have my admiration,
Karen.

What a treat for us today.   Amy (Brunswick's Activities
Coordinator) was able to join with us for a while. It's always
a pleasure to see you Amy.

This month is flying by already.  Next Wednesday, June 15,  will be our third,
and final, Wednesday morning of June to get together.  If anyone is
interested in joining with us, please come to the Brunswick
Rec Center the first, second and third Wednesday morning
of the month from 9 a.m. until noon.
